They will promote your health and wellness by teaching you various measures to avoid injury, improve your lifestyle and your nutritional status. Chiropractic and massage therapies have synergistic health benefits which augment each other and not only address your specific health needs and restore normal function, relieve pain and get you back in the swing of your normal daily activities but they will enhance the quality of your life both physically and mentally.

Every Canadian deserves a healthy spine and joints and should enjoy optimal health. Here are a few easy tips to follow:

  • Bend your knees to lift with ease. Let your legs, not your back, take the load
  • Always wear a helmet when cycling, skating, skiing, snowmobiling or sledding
  • Warm-up and cool-down before and after a sporting activity and be sure to include adequate stretching in both your warm up and cool down
  • Sleep on your side or back – not your stomach and try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep most nights
  • Avoid heavy shoulder bags and unbalanced backpacks
  • Exercise regularly (at least 20 minutes…3 times per week is recommended)
  • Eat wholesome and natural (unprocessed) foods
  • Avoid stressful situations
  • Laugh everyday
